POSITIONS AVAILABLE: FULL-TIME & SEASONAL

Arena Assistant: Job responsibilities include customer service and light/maintenance/custodial work. Applicant must be able to work weekdays and weekends, late nights, early mornings, and holidays. Candidates must be highly motivated, have a pleasant demeanor, work well with others, be outgoing, have good communication skills, and work flexible hours. Skating ability is a plus. 

Front Desk Staff:  Candidates must be friendly, work well with others, and must possess strong customer skills. You must be available for weekday and weekend shifts. Furthermore, you must be able to work late nights, early mornings, and holidays. Responsibilities include working point-of-sales stations, answering phones, answering programming questions, assisting with skate rental needs, light cleaning duties, and data entry. Skating ability is a plus.

Zamboni Driver: Operate the Zamboni Ice Resurfacer, ensure the safety of all patrons in the facility, open and close the facility, ensure efficient operation of the facility, perform hourly checks of the refrigeration equipment, ensure cleanliness and excellent customer service in the arena. Skating ability is a plus. 

Skate Guard: Job responsibilities include ensuring customers' safety on public skating sessions, enforcing skating session rules and regulations, assisting with skate rental needs, and light custodial work. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, and possess strong customer service skills. Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to skate. 

Concessions: Responsibilities include ensuring service, light food preparation, cleaning and stocking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Instructor: Work with the hockey or figure skating director to ensure the highest quality and most customer-friendly programs possible. Assist with the development and curriculum of current instructional programs and instruct classes on the ice. The applicant must be able to ice skate. 

Tournament Staff: Job responsibilities include acting as a greeter/information desk, scorekeeping hockey games, conducting game play-by-play, and facilitating tournaments to ensure an efficient operation.
